Chickpea for Me

I love the New Year.  New beginnings.  New resolutions, and hopefully back to my pre-pregnancy weight.  I've been really watching my calorie intake and trying to move as much as possible. Healthy snacks are essential, so I browsed through my favorite site, Pinterest and found some ideas.  Roasted chickpeas is one of them and I decided to make them today!  They turned out delicious! 

Super Easy Chickpea Snack Recipe

1 can of chickpeas  (drained and rinsed)
Season with salt, pepper, cumin, coriander...pretty much any seasoning that you love! 
1 Tbsp of oil

Mix ingredients together in a bowl,  spread on a cookie sheet and roast in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
